This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and setup fees work for FrontCall Hub subscriptions.

1. Summary

FrontCall Hub is a subscription service for businesses. Except where required by law, all sales are final and payments are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges.

2. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or downgrades. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period and then does not renew.

3. Setup fees

Any one-time setup or onboarding fee is non-refundable once we have begun the setup work, because that work is performed specifically for your business.

4. How to cancel

You can cancel from within your account or by emailing us at support@getfrontcall.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. Merchant of Record and statutory rights

Payments are processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record, so your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms. Where the law gives you a mandatory refund or cancellation right that cannot be waived (for example certain consumer rights in the EU or UK), that right prevails over this policy. The Service is intended for business use, which typically excludes consumer cooling-off rights.

6. Exceptions

If you were charged in error — for example a duplicate charge or a proven billing mistake — contact us and we will work with you and Paddle to make it right.

7. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at support@getfrontcall.com so we can resolve it quickly. Filing an abusive or fraudulent chargeback may result in suspension or termination of your account.
