1. Who we are

FrontCall Hub ("we", "us") operates the AI receptionist and messaging service at frontcallhub.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information for our website and the Service. You can reach us at support@getfrontcall.com.

2. Our role: controller and processor

For information about our business customers and visitors to our website, we act as a controller. For information about End Users (callers and leads) that we handle on behalf of a business customer, we act as a processor following that customer's instructions; that customer is the controller of End User data and is responsible for its lawful collection.

3. Information we collect

  • Account data — your name, business name, email, phone number, and onboarding details.
  • Usage and technical data — log data, device and browser information, and cookies or similar analytics.
  • End User data (processed for our customers) — call recordings and transcripts, names, phone numbers, addresses, and service details shared during interactions.
  • Payment data — handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. We do not store full payment card numbers.

4. How we use information

We use information to provide and operate the Service, process billing through Paddle, provide support, secure and improve the Service, communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations.

5. Legal bases (where GDPR applies)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (to provide the Service), our legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Service), consent (where required, for example certain analytics), and compliance with legal obligations.

6. Messaging and telephony data

Where our customers use the Service to message their End Users, consent is obtained by the customer. End Users can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile information is not shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

7. How we share information

We share information with service providers (sub-processors) that help us run the Service, including our voice provider, our SMS/telephony provider, our AI extraction provider, our database and hosting providers, our error-monitoring provider, and Paddle for payments. We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

In all cases, we do not sell your personal information to third parties.

8. International transfers

We operate across Brazil, the United States, and the European Union, so personal information may be transferred and processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

9. Data retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with our legal obligations and resolve disputes. End User data is retained according to the instructions of the relevant business customer.

10. Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption of sensitive credentials and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (which we do not do). To exercise these rights, email us at support@getfrontcall.com. End Users should contact the business they interacted with, since that business is the controller of their data.

12. Children

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

13. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to operate our website and may use analytics to understand usage, including analytics provided through Paddle. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the website works.

14. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
