Delete your FrontCall account

1. Delete your account from the app

If you are the account owner, deletion is built into the app:

1. Open the More tab ("Mais").
2. Tap "Conta & empresa" (Account & company).
3. Tap "Excluir conta" (Delete account), review what will happen, and confirm.

Requesting deletion immediately revokes access to the workspace for you and your whole team. The service is then wound down and all data permanently deleted within the 30-day window described below.

2. Request deletion without the app

Already uninstalled the app, or can't sign in? Email support@getfrontcall.com with the subject "Account deletion request" from the email address associated with your FrontCall account. We will verify the request and start the same deletion process — no app required.

This is also the path for team members (managers and workers): in-app deletion is available to the workspace owner only, so email us to have your individual account deleted.

3. What is deleted, and when

Your account data and your workspace data are permanently deleted within 30 days of the request. This includes your profile, your business configuration, customer contacts, call history and recordings, messages and attachments, and scheduled jobs.

The only records retained after deletion are billing and tax records we are legally required to keep — and those are anonymized: they no longer contain your name, your customers or any personal data.

4. Changed your mind?

You can cancel a pending deletion at any time within the 30-day window by contacting support@getfrontcall.com. After the window closes the deletion is irreversible.
